Stu & Sheryl Haynes established Civilscape Ltd in February 2005 with the intent of being a two to three man operation focussing on being a subcontractor to principal contractors.As opportunities have arisen and with the market being in need of small quality focussed contractors, the company has developed into now employing 16 staff. We introduced the Traffic Management Solutions division in December 2006 and this subsidairy has been welcomed by industry and Councils alike. In July 2009 we were successful in a bid for the NPDC Urban Maintenance Contract as principal subcontractor to Fulton Hogan. This is a roading maintenance contract which runs 2009-2014. Civilscape are completing the Footpath, Kerb & Channel, Bluestone Pavers, and all service raising on this contract.

Stu holds over 12 years civil contracting experience in the New Zealand roading industry with capabilities in, stormwater and sewer drainage, excavation, all aspects of civil construction, surfacing design (including asphalt mix design & Chipseal treatment selection and design) in both maintenance and contracting disciplines.
